Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with stunning views over Loch Fyne and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring Inveraray, and I really enjoyed the amenities. On the downside, the service at check-in was a bit lacking, and I found the prices for drinks in the bar to be a bit high. Overall, it offers a great stay, but a few improvements could make it even better.
Our stay at Loch Fyne H & S had its highs and lows. The picturesque location and the beautiful decor really set the tone for a relaxing getaway, and I loved the dog-friendly atmosphere. However, our experience was marred by the loud wedding guests who disrupted our peace, despite requesting a quiet room. While the food was quite nice, the service during breakfast needs improvement, which left a bit of a sour note to an otherwise lovely stay.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel and spa! The staff was exceptionally friendly, always making sure I felt comfortable. The spa facilities were perfect for relaxation after my long journey, and the six-course meal was an absolute highlight of my stay. However, I did encounter an issue with the management regarding service charges and robe availability, which was a bit disappointing.
My stay had its ups and downs. The location by Loch Fyne is stunning, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the service at times felt overwhelmed, leading to delays and some awkward moments. The food during breakfast was chaotic, though the quality of dinner was generally good. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but improvements in service and dining logistics are needed.
