I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with stunning views over Loch Fyne and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring Inveraray, and I really enjoyed the amenities. On the downside, the service at check-in was a bit lacking, and I found the prices for drinks in the bar to be a bit high. Overall, it offers a great stay, but a few improvements could make it even better.

The service was somewhat mixed; while the staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive, my check-in experience was delayed, which wasn't ideal. However, the staff at the bar adjusted our dinner reservation, which I appreciated.

6.8/10
Our stay at Loch Fyne H & S had its highs and lows. The picturesque location and the beautiful decor really set the tone for a relaxing getaway, and I loved the dog-friendly atmosphere. However, our experience was marred by the loud wedding guests who disrupted our peace, despite requesting a quiet room. While the food was quite nice, the service during breakfast needs improvement, which left a bit of a sour note to an otherwise lovely stay.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were beautifully refurbished and offered lovely touches like a separate working radio, but unfortunately, we faced noise issues from nearby guests and the kitchen.
Service
5.0
Service was a mixed bag; while some staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, we faced delays and a lack of knowledge regarding menu options, especially for dietary restrictions.
Location

The hotel's location by Loch Fyne is simply stunning, providing beautiful views and easy access to Inveraray town centre, making it perfect for scenic walks.
Dining

Facilities

The spa facilities were enjoyable with an outdoor hot tub, though some areas like the changing rooms could use better heating.

The food during breakfast was chaotic, though the quality of dinner was generally good. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but improvements in service and dining logistics are needed.
